Following the suspension of the Industrial Action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the University Management at its meeting held today Friday, 8th February, 2019 decided as follows:
- Students are to resume on Monday, 11th February, 2019 for the continuation of lectures.
- Students are also given additional ONE week, beginning from Monday, 11th February, 2019 to pay school fees and complete their course registration.
- A meeting of the University Senate will hold on Tuesday, 12th February, 2019 to consider and approve, the revised Academic Calendar for the rest of the 2018/2019 academic session.
Students and the General Public are advised to please note the decisions of the University Management above and ensure strict compliance.
